Not much.  I bought my 802.11b D-Link WAP/broadband router for ~$40 refurbed
from one of the catalog houses.  It failed once and had to be replaced - and
the catalog house graciously replaced it with a newer model.  Other than
that, it has run solidly for about 18 months.  I don't ever recall rebooting
it.  I use it with a matching D-Link PCMCIA card.
