[TriLUG] Axis StorPoint 0068-1

Any of you guys ever fooled with a StorPoint? I bought an older model
(identical to the dead one I got at the last United Way auction) and it
seems to be a tad persnickity. Any attempts to mount it according to the
instructions (mount <device_name>:/ /<mount_dir> give me RPC errors.
Attempts to update the configuration via the web interface result in post
attempts that never seem to actually end (and the sample pages I looked at
didn't even have a url to point at in the forms!).

On top of this, my Windows 98 box can see the default name for the device
on the network under the default Windows workgroup "Workgroup" but not
under my usual "protect-thyself-from-the-SMB-snoopers" workgroup. Even if
it can see the device, it won't let me inspect it.

I can mount a CD and see it via the web interface, but the whole point of
one of these beasts is the NFS mounting/SMB mounting capabilities. I
realize it's slow and only has a 10 megabit network interface, but it
ought to do something.
