[TriLUG] NSLU2 - NFS works, and a dev tools available !

Well Trilugers, can't say I've always been fond of Linksys gear, but this NSLU2 box has stayed up continually for a week. Only reboot was to install the tools referenced here:

Now the embedded Linux clock's inaccuracy is annoying, but the fix above to use the far more accurate hardware clock is neat and easily applied once the telnet hack is in place. 

Anyone else tried one of these boxes for backup and/or local net repository. I would like to see more experiences noted. I see on CNET reviews that many people downgrade it because the filesystem created on the USB attached disks is not "Windows mountable". 

This isn't true, but few people are posting that using tools such as ext2fsd allows one to directly mount a USB disk that has been initialized by an NSLU2.
