[TriLUG] Connectivity to china

My boss has asked me to look into any "legal" issues with having some
customers in china 
Connecting to our servers.  

Not really sure how to start, but would appreciate some pointers if anyone
has any.
We use hpux (with ssh) and standard redhat linux servers.
