[TriLUG] Dynamic DNS Providers

I use easydns.com and have had no problems.  They are not free (which I
see as a plus, because it gives you a real reason to complain), but are
quite cheap -- I think it was $10 or $15 for a year.  They do domain
registrations too should you need that.
