I think it'll be a little while still before the final release of FC3. 
The first test release went out about a month ago, but I don't know
what exactly that means as far as the schedule for the final version.

you might want to subscribe to the Fedora Announce list, if you're
interested in keeping up with all the different releases and what-not.
