IIRC, the first job post that was actually flamed was not even a
permanent position, but required that you show up ready to be bled dry
for a few months and thrown away afterwards.  I think that pointing out
that possibility was a *good* thing for anyone who might apply for such
a position.  At least they can go to the interview ready with a few
questions they might not have asked...

Regarding the second posting, I don't think a few light jokes is going
to discourage someone who really needs a job from applying, if it does,
then that person is probably not very motivated to work in the first
place.  Heck, a bad job still pays better than NO job.  (assuming that
*either* post was really a bad job, we dont really know)

AND, if the 'flamers/jokers' should just 'ignore bad job postings' and
STFU, then maybe the more thin skinned people on the list could take the
same advice and just delete the offending messages.  Depriving the
unemployed members of job postings will not calm the naysayers into
writing sweeter responses.
