Great.  It will be on a Saturday, and everyone will be welcome.  We'll
have to figure out the costs, etc ahead of time, so that we don't run
out of food.

Let me know what you guys think an acceptable per person cost would
be.  Or maybe the geek orgs kick in $$$, sponsorships, etc.  I want to
make this as welcoming as possible.
