[TriLUG] Network Guru Needed

I've reached the limit of my expertise in networking (it was pretty low 
already ;)) and need to bring in a consultant to help me figure out 
what's going wrong.

At least 4 times a day, our DNS drops out and several of our workers are 
having slow network connectivity between their computer and our Samba 
server.  I have replaced the router, which didn't really help.
