Someone else mentioned cfengine, but no one mentioned combining CVS and
cfengine.  Some of the folks over on infrastructures at terraluna.org use
cfengine backed with CVS.  All the master cfengine data is maintained in
CVS allowing for change tracking and easy rollback of changes.
