[TriLUG] Sort of OT Job Posting or The quasi-literate at work

I think this is a well-written job requirements listing - for anyone with
2-5 years of experience with Solaris administration, the listed requirements
are not of "superman" caliber.  Basically written, the job asks that you:

1)  Know Solaris
2)  Know how to use industry-standard Solaris file and disk utilities
(Veritas)
3)  Know how to install and run common, popular apps (Oracle, Openview)
4)  Know standard sys admin principles (security, backups, DNS, user
administration)
5)  Have actually touched some Sun hardware

There are plenty of applicants out there who claim 2-5 yrs of Solaris and
cant meet 3 of the above 5, and those are the people they don't want.
