There is no FC2 boot floppy.
There is simply not enough space in 1.44MB to include the kernel, an
initrd image and preliminary installation programs.
There is a 4MB boot.iso image that can be placed on a CD(RW) to boot and
then install from network or harddrive images. If you really want,
there is a 128MB USB driveimage for booting from a USB device.
