The right answer is "both".  It acts like both, depending on which
property you're trying to exploit (i.e., momemtum info => particle;
reflection/refraction => wave)

Heh yeah the optics was pretty fun and the most applicable to real
life.  It gets really weird when you start talk about tunnelling and
other such effects in Quantum Mechanics, and perturbation theory, etc.
