[TriLUG] USB Sync, Fedora Core 3, and kernel 2.6.9-1.681_FC3

I know everyone is busy eating turkey today, but has anyone got a FC3 install 
upgraded to 2.6.9-1.681_FC3 and a USB-based Palm device?  I can sync my Kyocera 
7135 fine over USB with 2.6.9-1.667, but booting to 2.6.9-1.681_FC3 kills the 
sync.  

I've opened a bugzilla entry

but it'd be helpful to know if this only affects the 7135 or breaks USB sync in 
general.
