Build a backup system that takes no thought to maintain. For example,
nightly rsyncs to a separate, equally-sized drive, or the rsync snapshot
backups that I talked about a few months back.
It takes some thinking up front, and some time. But so does signing up
for homeowner's or car insurance. You insure your physical assets, why
shouldn't you insure your information?
