No one mentioned OpenNMS (sniff).

I noticed that we had the largest number of hits on the charlug site.  
(grin)

Ryan: this is pretty easy to do with OpenNMS, depending on the number  
of different URLs. Contact me off list if you want (I'm slammed until  
Xmas but free the week after).
