Sorry to hear about your apparent misfortune down in Charlotte, but that's definitely not the 
case in Raleigh RoadRunner on Time Warner.

The only thing they scan for is for vulnerabilities that would allow your system to be 
abused: http://security.rr.com/probing.htm
