My traceroute from another RR-connected system also starts dropping similarly:

13 sl-ltdsprflaans-39-0-0.sprintlink.net (144.232.211.218) 50.507 ms
38.019 ms 52.242 ms
14 host4.utelfla.com (205.244.126.4) 38.890 ms 43.814 ms 41.731 ms
15 host210.sprintnetops.net (206.107.113.210) 46.926 ms 48.356 ms 52.691 ms

RR doesn't block inbound http or https usually. I've had a small website
running on my RR-connected system for years. Don't do anything that the RR
security scans don't like, though, or you'll find yourself locked down.

Joel, this may sound like a dumb question, but are you sure that IP address
is correct? Traceroute seems to indicate it is a Sprintlink and not RR IP.
Also there is no PTR record in the DNS for 208.11.191.109. I'm wondering
if you typo'd the address at DynDNS.org, perhaps.
