[TriLUG] OT: OSS Software for Managing Web Hosting?

TriLUG,

Has anyone used any open source software for managing web hosting
customers? There's of course a number of projects on SourceForge but the
majority are only 80-60% active which is why I'm soliciting
recommendations. My needs are pretty basic, which account is on what
server, what's the file path, what options are enabled, what's the contact
info for the account, etc so I don't need to deal with billing, bandwidth,
etc. I could write our own LAMP app, but I want to see if there's a good
pre-existing code base.
