I too was interviewed but my comments were not used. That's not unexpected 
once you read the article. NandO took the NYTimes story from the day 
before and dropped in two local paragraphs or so. Remix news!

I have to say that I'm not as negative as some of the folks here. Some 
patents are simply defensive and need to be killed or handed to public 
trust. others are actual innovations that should be protected and 
rewarded.
