Sorry to ruin the trend, but I have an actual linux question.. ;-)

What's the best for playing Flash animations in Linux?  Is there 
anything to do it standalone, i.e. not in a browser?  I'm running Debian 
Sarge.  I searched in aptitude for "flash" and installed everything that 
mentioned Macromedia..  but probably missed something in the process 
(and nothing suggested standalone capability).  Any hints?
