Just a quick recommendation to anyone not using firefox... There is an adblock add-on that makes it worth it!

On any page with ads, right click on the ad, block it.  Next time you refresh, no more annoying ads!
If it is not sure what you are asking, it pops up a message box and allows you to modify the url to hide.

Anyway, I'm not trying to start a browser war, use whatever browser you like!
