[TriLUG] FOSS Software Asset Management

Hi,

Anyone know of a good FOSS Software Asset Management (SAM) system?
 I was looking at "IRM - The Information Resource Manager" but it doesn't
appear to handle upgrades in a way that I would like.  (A software upgrade
should make the upgraded license unavailable for assignment).  Plus, we really
don't need its helpdesk apparatus.
