[TriLUG] Minimum usable laptop memory for Linux

I'm pretty sure you can get Sager laptops with no OS (you ustacould 
anyhow).  They aren't "brand name" but are often rebadged as Toshibas, 
Dells, etc.  Roblimo of /. fame had one, may still have one.
