[TriLUG] AMD 64 experience

I am looking for some 64bit experience...

I ran into a butt load of issues trying to "fetch" the update for FC3 on 
64bit (both up2date and apt)
I also saw during the kernel init, that there was a BIOS error of some 
descript, not sure what it was but was there.

I like FC3 but would not hesitate to switch to SuSE 9.2 if it is cleaner.

any recommendations or viewpoints are welcome
