[TriLUG] Working with Multiple Monitors

I've recently added a second monitor to my machine, and really enjoy it
so far except for one thing: I can't drag windows or other objects
between the two monitors.  The mouse will move fine between them, but I
can't drag a window or a file from one to the other.  Is there some kind
of setting in xorg.conf or elsewhere that I can use to change this?
