[TriLUG] decent cheap soundcard

I bought a cheap-o sound card from Circuit City just last week
for $10.  Installed it in my kids' Ubuntu box, and it seems to
work well enough for toddlers' web sites.

The card is a "Seal CMI8738".  Linux reports it as a "C-Media
Electronics Inc CM8738 (rev 10)".

Be careful.  There's another model in a similar looking box for
$20.  The guy at Circuit City tried to charge me $20.
