If you go with the DVD backup this may not be a big deal to you, but I
will let you know anyway... If you go with RAID 0 you are doubling your
chances of losing all your data. One drive goes, everything goes.
I have used RAID 0 in the past, but the only reason to do it is to
improve throughput. You don't really need that just to store music.
You would be better off using 2 seperate volumes with half the music on
each. That way, if you lose one drive you only lose half the data.
Much less effort to restore it that way.

I never said that I had any problem with what you did, or are doing.
All I am pointing out is that you brought up a topic that stated that
you are actually breaking the law.
I have been on automotive performance mailing lists before, and if you
brought up speeding or light street racing you would get people crawling
out of the woodwork telling you why you shouldn't be doing such things.
