Chip,

I have a Linksys WMP54G:
http://www.linksys.com/products/product.asp?grid=33&scid=36&prid=635

I installed it following the directions from ndiswrapper:
http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/index.php/Installation
(used the linuxant 16K kernel)
http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/index.php/Fedora
(added support for WPA)
http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/index.php/WPA

I configured it to join the wireless network using wpa on boot following:
http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=25891

finally added to /etc/yum.conf:
exclude=kernel*

so the linuxant modified kernel wouldn't get blown away by automated yum
updates. Maybe that was more than you wanted but maybe someone else will
be looking for that information in the archives sometime.
