[TriLUG] bricked wrt54g.. or WTF54g?

I'm going to do both: boot into failsafe mode then upload a known good
build.  I'm not quite sure what I actually did to kill my ability to
log in, but the other two I've built with the same image work so using
my powers of deduction I've placed this error firmly in the category
of "operator error".

What still surprises me is the configuration from one openwrt install
survives being reverted back to a linksys image, then flashed back to
OpenWRT.  Granted, it seems logical that configuration information
would persist between upgrades as it would be a huge pain to
reconfigure a unit each time you upgraded firmware but I am still
surprised that the configuration is not overwritten when flashing
dissimilar images to the same unit.  Odd.

Anyway, unbricking starts tonight.  I'll let everyone know how it
goes.  So far OpenWRT is quite impressive.
