[TriLUG] help with installing quasar

Hi folks!

I have learned a bunch reading the posts here.  Now I have a question
I have Libranet 2.8.1
I am trying to install Quasar and continue to get this error message:

checking for tcl.h include... yes
checking for library containing Tcl_Init... -ltcl8.3
checking for tk.h include... no
configure: error: missing tk.h include file

Now, I have verified I have installed all required stuff, but I annot
get past this point.
What am I missing?
