Using craigslist jobs volume in Raleigh is not an accurate way to identify this market.

It is a low volume site.  San Francisco has high usage, but not Raleigh.

Take a look at the "For Sales" in Raleigh, not much around.  It seems people in this area are not very aware of craigslist.
For anyone not aware, your listing is free (goods/services/etc).  Only listing jobs will cost you.
