I am going to also, indirectly, give my thumbs up to wpa_supplicant. I
still use waproamd on my old Orinoco card, and it works wonderfully. I
have about a half a dozen networks configured and it picks them up
without any trouble.
wpa_supplicant didn't like my driver. There are apparently 3 or so
drivers that work with my chipset. The only one I have gotten to work
flawlessly also doesn't work with wpa_supplicant :p.
