As you've seen from Aaron's reply, it's not really possible via DHCP.
Your question is about solving a particular request from your $BOSS.
His request seems to be a solution he came up with to a particular
problem. There may be other solutions. I know he's the $BOSS, but
maybe asking him some questions about the base problem may yield
another solution.

One thought, instead of putting 2 addresses on his machine, you could
add another IP to the firewall/NAT machine and forward everything for
that IP to his machine.
