partially i'm interested in the results they return, partially i'm 
interested in *how* they got the results, and partially i'm interested 
in seeing how they work under pressure.  there's no "right" answer.

i also like to toss in the occational oddball question to see how people 
handle them.  one of my favorites is "who is the best james bond actor 
and why?"  it's not all about ones and zeros :)
