[TriLUG] FC3 to RHEL ES

Normally, it's not recommended.  What I've done when I do an rsync of
my /etc, /opt, and /home to a different drive.  When upgrading, I basically
copy what I've changed in /etc over, copy my entire /home dir over, and /opt.
/etc is the hardest to migrate back.
