[TriLUG] How good is "Speakeasy ISP ? "

I am paying 42$ for earthlink cable access.  For another 15$ I can get HALF 
the bandwidth BUT DEDICATED, a STATIC IP, and a very stable network to do 
Voip on.   

Of the three, the static ip is the one that intrests me.  I would like to have 
DNS setup and some servers.  I use dyndns but that gets confusing for host 
headers if you are going to have different servers.  They also let you do 
anything you want with your bandwidth and all ports are open.  They actually 
encurage you to put up a server. 

What do you all think ?
