[TriLUG] no device for CDROM in kernel-2.6

I find the threading by hidden headers to be more reliable. Sometimes I get
emails that have the same subject, but have nothing to do with each other,
and Thunderbird puts them in the same thread. This is one of the reasons I
use Evolution at work. Of course, it has its problems too.
