/dev with udev is in-memory and is populated by the kernel,
rather than being files on the disk. However I notice that
you need at least /dev/console on the disk to boot a 2.6
kernel with udev. Does anyone know the minimum contents of
/dev to boot a 2.6 kernel with udev?
Thanks Joe
