[TriLUG] Slightly OT:Vonage vs. TWC Phone Service

 From a layperson's (my mom), twc is great.  also one less bill. 

I prefer vonage, since it has a web interface for me to tweek.

Customer service -- at least twc has a person to call.  If my mom had 
vonage, then
I would be customer service.
