[TriLUG] online salesforce automation

I hate Goldmine too... but alas, I run it here... I would love to use
something like SugarCRM.  But, does it have integration with something
like LookOut... my users LOVE the fact that they can tie an email in
Outlook with a check box to a contact in Goldmine and let that track
the thread.  Personally I hate that b/c it duplicates all the email
information into Goldmine.  Also, I'm stuck with Exchange, so there's
no getting rid of Outlook.  Maybe I should contact the sugarcrm folks?
