[TriLUG] Westell DSL Verizon model gives dhcp address I don't want

Joeseph,

For RR they did something on their end, and for sprint DSL, we were
able to telnet into the dsl device and change settings.  No windows
required.

We can continue to speculate on how you *might* fix this problem, or
you can call the people that *know* and find out.
