[TriLUG] Switching Desktops

Thanks for the reply. I was begininng to think that I was on my own on this
one...

I used to use KDE a long time ago and I was almost sure that there was some
theme or desktop switcher that would emulate different o/s desktops. Maybe
I'm getting it confused with something else but I can't find it now. KDE's
theme switcher doesn't have that many selections and I even looked at
www.kde-look.org and didn't see exactly what I was looking for.

Jason Tower installed an Ubuntu server at my office at it has been working
so well that I thought that I'd install Ubuntu on a spare laptop that I
have. That led to installing Kubuntu. (Which after a few wireless hiccups
is working beyond perfectly.) And that led to me telling a co-worker "Sure,
you can even make the desktop look like Windows, a Mac, really anything!
Let me show you..."

Thanks,
Mark.
