[TriLUG] building an NPTL enabled setup from scratch?

You need to enable NPTL/tls on binutils, glibc and gcc (at 
least). Google is quiet on the matter. It seems that 
everyone installs the NPTL binaries that come with 
distributions.

Anyone know how to do this from scratch and to test that it 
works?
