David,
If you can get the OE files into .pst format, maybe using export, then you
can copy the pst files over to your server and convert the pst to mbox
format. I've used libpst_0.3.4 quite a few times and have had fairly good
success. If you can't find it, or a newer version, email me offline and
I'll send you the source.
