[TriLUG] Palm/Mandriva synchronization question

try creating the following file:

cat /etc/udev/rules.d/10-visor.rules

BUS="usb", SYSFS{product}="Palm Handheld*", KERNEL="ttyUSB[13579]", 
SYMLINK="pilot"

once i did this is was able to sync my treo
