[TriLUG] Need co-lo advice and part-time help.

I've got nearly 100 racks at Peak10.  There are several reasons I chose
them to begin with, but perhaps the more important thing I can tell you
is that they have not disappointed me in my 3 years using their
facility.  They are top notch.
