I'm spec'ing out a book about how to set up a Web site
at home.  Apache based, of course. :-)  One of the
first questions is: how many service providers actually
have TOS that allow it?

I know Speakeasy does; anyone else?  Yea or nay if you
got 'em; getting some sort of proportion would be useful.

And would you be interested in the book if published?
How about someone else in your family?
