[TriLUG] FTP daemon?

Being in the throes of rebuilding my main workstation/server at home
(thanks Jason and TriLug!). I've belatedly decided that I need to add
some boot drive image backup capabilities for the machines here in
Chez DeNatale*.

So I've burned a CD with g4linux on it, and now I need to install an
ftp server for it to talk to, properly isolated from the internet.

So many ftp daemons to pick from proftpd, wu-ftpd, oftpd, ftpd others...

Any recommendations?

* Not to be confused with Jerry Pournelle's Chaos Manor.
