[TriLUG] Forum software with no session ids

Actually, session id was only part of it. When accessing forums, you
could see a session id in url variables or cookies. Also, there are
variables that specify the thread and forum category that appears in url
variables. I believe that it is configurable in which they could be url
variables or directories. My preference is that they be directories.
